TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*This referral scheme is set to expire on 01/05/2025, though it may be extended beyond this date. It will not end earlier than the specified expiry date.

Definitions

Referrer

A person who completes the Refer-A-Friend online form or who sends or directs a Referred Friend to Foligno & Co for Mortgage, Protection or Insurance advice.

Referred Friend

FOLIGNO & CO 

A person whose contact details are passed to FOLIGNO & CO  by the Referrer.

Mortgage Completion

The point when your mortgage lender appointed via Foligno & Co provides the mortgage funds and the mortgage transaction is completed

Reward – £25 Cash to Referrer + £20 cash Referred Friend.

Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend are entitled to cash, £25 to the Referrer, £20 in cash to the referred friend each as long as these terms and conditions have been followed.

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is open to everybody resident in the United Kingdom who refer friends or family (Referred Friend) to Foligno & Co for mortgage, protection or Insurance advice.

2. The Referrer must:

• Have obtained explicit consent from the Referred Friend for their details to the referral and the passing of their contact details to Foligno & Co.
• Have obtained explicit consent for Foligno & Co to contact the Referred Friend on the contact details provided.
• Not refer themselves.
• Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in this Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions

3. The Referred Friend must:

• Have a Mortgage, Protection or Insurance completion with Foligno & Co.
• Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in this Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions

Qualifying criteria

4. Rereferrals are only valid if the Referred Friend isn’t an existing client or prospect – i.e. someone already known to Foligno & Co.

5. Only available for Mortgage Completion of £50,000 or greater.

6. Only available for Protection worth more than £10 Per Month in premiums.

7. Only available on General Insurance Products worth more than £20 Per Month.

8. A joint application is considered to be one Referred Friend.

Non qualifying criteria

9. Referrer(s) that reside outside of the United Kingdom.

10. Referred Friend(s) that reside outside of the United Kingdom.

11. Employees of Foligno & Co are not eligible to receive the cash outlined in these terms.

Cash Gift

12. If all the conditions above are met, then the Referrer and Refer Friend will receive their cash, £25 to the referrer, £20 to the referred friend. 

13. Cash will be issued within 30 days of Foligno & Co being formally notified of the Mortgage Completion from the mortgage lender.

14. The Referrer will be notified using the registered email held by Foligno & Co.

15. Cash must be kept safely and securely. Foligno & Co cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.

14. The cash is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for  other prizes.

Other conditions

15. There’s no limit to the number of Referred Friends a Referrer can refer.

16. Foligno & Co  accepts no responsibility for being unable to offer a service to the Referred Friend.

17. In the event of any disputes regarding the Refer-A-Friend scheme, the decision of Foligno & Coe is final.

18. Foligno & Co reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer by amending these terms and conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
