As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage process and offering tailored protection solutions. This hybrid position offers a mix of office-based collaboration in Swansea and flexibility to work from home, ensuring you can balance client interactions with focused independent work.

Your role will include delivering expert advice, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to our high-performing and supportive team culture.

• Provide expert, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct client meetings both in-person (office-based) and virtually, as needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products, lender criteria, and market changes.
• Handle client applications efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from initial inquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering ongoing advice and support.
• Collaborate with Admin & Compliance to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience in mortgage advice with strong knowledge of protection products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, balancing team collaboration and self-driven tasks.
